Phenoxyethanol is a colourless, clear, oily liquid with a slight aromatic smell. It is widely used as a preservative for cosmetics and personal care products. 

Phenoxyethanol is a globally approved, commonly used safe preservative in personal care and cosmetic formulations.

Used as a raw material for DIY cosmetics- it is a stable and easy to use ingredient. It can be added directly to finished skin or hair care products to prevent microbial growth and prevent bacteria, mould and fungal growth in products.
