Cocomide MEA

Cocoamide MEA is a pale yellow thick clear to amber liquid, or solid flakes. It is derived from coconut oil and monoethanolamine (MEA) fatty acids. 

Cocoamide MEA is used in cosmetic and personal care products, to stabilise the foam and/or to increase the ability to foam.

It can be used to thicken the water portion of cosmetic and personal care products and to enhance the properties of the main cleaning component found in a surfactant.

Cocoamide MEA is used in the formulations of bath products such as shampoos, conditioners and bath soaps/washes.
