BTMS-50 Conditioning Emulsifying Wax

Commonly used in the formulation of hair care products such as hair conditioners, hair treatments and masks, hair grooming and styling aids. 

BTMS is a cationic surfactant that functions as an antistatic agent and a hair conditioning agent. 

BTMS possesses excellent stability over a wide pH range making it useful in a variety of hair care products. 

BTMS functions by absorbing onto the negatively charged hair shaft. This provides an antistatic effect on the hair and prevents the hair fly after combing. 

BTMS provides a Conditioning and softening effect for all hair types.

Usage: Between 0.5 - 5.0 % in formulations.
