Titanium Dioxide BP/USP

Titanium dioxide is found in BB creams, foundations, tinted moisturisers and face masks. It helps increase the cover of make up and reduces transparency in formulations.  

Titanium Dioxide is also found in many sunscreens where it works as a physical blocker to the suns rays away from the skin. 

In mineral make-up Titanium dioxide act as a base to carry coloured iron oxides with micas. 

Normally, titanium dioxide is used in a formulation at between 1-20% depending on the application
